About the RoleLead the valet team at a busy full-service hotel in Montclair. You'll run the shift, keep the drive moving, and make sure every guest has a smooth arrival and departure.

 

What You'll Do

• Run the valet operation on your shift: assign posts, manage the stand, and keep wait times down
• Train and coach valet attendants on guest service, safe driving, and key control
• Resolve guest concerns and vehicle issues on the spot, professionally and calmly
• Partner with the hotel's front desk, bell staff, and management on arrivals, events, and VIPs
• Handle tickets, cash, and end-of-shift revenue reports accurately
• Support scheduling and track team hours for payroll
• Enforce Propark and hotel safety standards and policies

Required

• 1+ year supervising or leading a valet, parking, or hotel front-of-house team (bell, door, front desk)
• Valid driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience
• Able to drive a manual transmission
• Available afternoons/evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand, walk, and run for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• 18+ years old

Nice to Have

• Valet experience at a full-service or luxury hotel
• Cash handling or revenue control experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
