*Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate dishwashing and sanitation equipment
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, trays, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment
• Collect and transport soiled trays and dishware from service areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the dish room and surrounding work areas
• Sort, stack, and organize clean items for reuse
• Follow food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and workplace safety standards
• Assist with waste removal, recycling, and general cleaning duties
• Support other Food Services functions as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift, carry, push, and pull racks, carts, and supplies
• Work safely around hot water, cleaning chemicals, and food service equipment
• Perform repetitive cleaning and handling tasks in a fast-paced environment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
