Job Description

 

Maintenance Specialist 

Malvern, AR

 

Compensation Includes

• Starting Pay Rate of $24.64 - $30.49/hour depending on experience - paid weekly

Available Shift

• Nights: 7pm - 7am
• Rotating Shifts every 10 weeks

Overview

The Maintenance Specialist should be familiar with maintenance systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and drive systems for manufacturing equipment.

 

Responsibilities

• Maintenance support of all facilities systems, vacuum, compressed air, resin conveying, butane system, material handling equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair all manufacturing equipment using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and welding skills

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in mechanical and electrical trouble shooting
• Demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical experience
• Experience and understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, drive systems,
• Must have PC experience, Excel, Word, Email
• Must be able to obtain lift truck license
• Day shift with possible weekends, and OT when required
• GMP Responsibilities:
  • All associates are responsible to comply with operational methods, personnel practices and all communicated requirements to ensure a safe and productive work environment and overall product safety
  • Execute said duties to maintain compliance with stated product safety/GMP, legal, regulatory and quality systems requirements.
