The Opportunity
The Sr. Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives. Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, managing schedules, coordinating travel and expenses, screening calls, and supporting special projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Manage executive communications such as email and phone correspondence.
- Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations for corporate leadership.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for leadership meetings
- Assist HR with recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate visits.
- Maintain the functional organizational chart
- Reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements.
- Collaborate with the other administrative assistants and leadership teams to plan and execute onsite and offsite meetings and events.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a senior administrative assistant, supporting multiple senior-level executives, including direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and collaborative environment.
- Professional and welcoming phone presence with strong follow-through skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, delegation, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and levels within the organization.
- Position is commensurate with experience.
