Senior Buyer (Services)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Buyer (Services) to execute and coordinate end-to-end procurement, subcontracting and vendor management activities for assigned Oil & Gas/EPCIC scopes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing activities from RFQ/tender through award in line with approved strategies and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify specifications, scopes and commercial requirements.
• Prepare and manage RFQs/ITTs, bid clarifications and evaluations.
• Gather market and vendor intelligence to support sourcing decisions.
• Manage post-award activities including PO/contract administration, expediting, progress monitoring and documentation closure.
• Monitor vendor/subcontractor performance and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with corporate governance, quality and QHSE requirements.
• Review procurement documents and outputs for quality and compliance.

Requirements

• 5–8 years' experience in procurement, subcontracting or supply chain management, preferably in Oil & Gas/EPCIC projects or operations.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, contract law, Incoterms and procurement/subcontracting processes.
• Experience in sourcing, tender/RFQ management and contract/PO administration.
• CIPS/ISM certification is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with BIMCO or equivalent contract forms is an advantage.
