Description
Nurse (RN or LPN) – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one patient care in Naschitti, NM. The selected nurse will provide care in the patient’s home in accordance with an individualized care plan established by the patient’s physician.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with approximately 12 hours of nursing care per week.

Mileage Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible travel related to patient care, in accordance with company policy.
About the Opportunity
Once a patient is accepted into the program, there is no expiration date on the benefit, allowing caregivers to build meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients and provide consistent support for years to come.
As the patient’s nurse, you will provide individualized care, advocate for the patient’s needs, and work closely with the patient and their care team. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to help ensure continuity and quality of care.
Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in the patient’s home.

Follow and implement the physician-established plan of care.

Monitor the patient’s condition and report significant changes as appropriate.

Advocate for the patient’s needs, safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, physicians, and other members of the care team.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Develop a trusting and professional relationship with the patient and family.

Provide consistent, reliable care in accordance with the established care plan.
Requirements
-
Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in New Mexico.

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Successful completion of a required background check.
