## The impact you’ll make

As a Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for Lam Salzburg Operations. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure customer orders are produced on time and within budget.

## What you’ll do

• Lead technical equipment projects from project initiation through final acceptance, ensuring delivery according to agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Drive successful execution of complex customer and internal projects by coordinating the efforts of multiple departments including engineering, procurement, logistics, production, and customer service.
• Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders
• Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes by increasing efficiency, quality, and execution excellence.
• Manage project changes, coordinate change control processes, and ensure proper project closure including documenting lessons learned & knowledge transfer activities.
• Support supplier readiness assessments, manufacturing ramp activities, and external partner alignment.

## Who we’re looking for

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of related experience in project management or technical program management
• Experience with core competencies including:
• Strategic Project Leadership
• Schedule Development & Recovery Planning
• Executive Communication
• Supplier & Customer Management
• Risk & Escalation Management
• Coordinating cross-functional teams of stakeholders without direct authority
• Data driven decision making

Preferred qualifications

• Semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace industry experience is a plus
• Understanding of operations, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2
• Experience driving change management & continuous improvement initiatives

## What we're offering

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G, depending on education. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
