Associate Field Service Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for any technical issues the customer has with respect to ESI products. Employee will work directly with the customers, as well as with the local service group and ESI Technical Support to resolve issues. The primary responsibility of the Field Service Engineer is the technical support and service provider to the assigned customer.

Primary Duties:

1.Conduct on site system installations, repair, and preventive maintenance.

2.Assist customers to use ESI equipment smoothly.

3.Preliminary contact for all of customers’ production problems.

4.Provide service to achieve best customer satisfaction.

5.Effectively implement daily job by using formal process and communicate the result. (Operation effectiveness)

6.Follow all the SOPs and safety requirements to perform the job.

Job Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of electronics system maintenance experiences

2. At least College diploma in electronic engineering

3. Has the flexibility to travel domestically

4. Good communication skill, customer oriented, able to prioritize and follow through tasks, work under pressure, able to work flexible hours and overtime if required

5. Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

任职资格

1、2年以上电子系统设备维护工作经验；

2、能够有效且清楚沟通表达，了解客户需求，判断工作缓急安排，和完成交付工作的能力；

3、能适应经常出差及不定时的工作制。

4、熟悉计算机应用软件的使用(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ，

5、大专以上学历，电子工程专业及具有熟练的英语听说读写沟通能力
