Job Summary:
The Graduate Talent Trainee (GTT) program at Bitdeer is dedicated to developing high-potential graduates into skilled professionals who drive innovation and organizational excellence at Bitdeer. This 18-month program combines hands-on experience in your chosen field with comprehensive training in our core values and business practices.
As a GTT, you will build technical expertise while becoming a culture carrier for Bitdeer. We are on the lookout for individuals who commit to the values of Resilience, Accountability, Customer-focused, and Entrepreneurial in everything they do.
Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, collaborate effectively across teams, and commit to contributing to Bitdeer's mission. We are looking for key talents to develop in the following areas:
- Sales
- Business Development
- Marketing and Branding - Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Performance Marketing, UI/UX, Video Editing
Our ideal candidate:
- Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) from all disciplines and/or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
- Technical expertise and experience in relevant area of interest.
- Strong passion for new technologies: Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers.
- Impressive personal achievements e.g. academics, extracurricular/internship, outstanding skills, or insights in areas of your passion.
- Most importantly, you want to drive impact at the start of your career journey and you are highly motivated, have strong ownership and accountability, and unwavering commitment to pursue your passion and interest.
During the 18 months program, there will be opportunities to:
- Develop a global mindset, and collaborate with our colleagues from other regions.
- Develop a multitude of skill sets both business and technical skills.
- Rotate within your related business functions or cross-departments (subject to availability and business needs).
- Deepen your knowledge in this new and exciting industry, learn under the mentorship and guidance of our functional team leaders, to eventually become a key contributor to meaningful business projects.
- Interact with senior management teams and our alumni GTT network.
