About the Opportunity

Desort is expanding nationwide and seeking a Business Development Consultant – Client Acquisition to drive new business, secure hiring partnerships, and strengthen our presence across Dental, Medical, Veterinary, Optometry, and Legal sectors.

This role is designed for a confident, polished communicator who excels at outreach, relationship‑building, and converting prospects into long‑term clients. You will represent a fast‑growing recruitment brand known for premium service, speed, and consistent results.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new client opportunities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of high‑value prospects
• Conduct outreach, present Desort’s recruitment solutions, and secure hiring partnerships
• Strengthen Desort’s presence across multiple industries
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure seamless, high‑quality placements
• Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market demand
• Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and urgency

 

Qualifications

• Experience in client acquisition, business development, sales, or staffing/recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Confident with outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
• Organized, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple pipelines
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment

 

Compensation (Commission‑Only)

• Unlimited commission potential
• Bi‑annual performance bonuses
• Recommended earnings: $60,000 – $100,000+ annually (performance‑based)
• Fully remote role with flexible schedule
