The Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Competency Specialist to join our Finance Competency and Employee Engagement team. In this role, you will support global Finance training programs, the Finance Competency Framework, and knowledge management initiatives that help Finance employees build the skills needed for today and the future.

You will be part of a small global team based in Poland and Switzerland responsible for managing learning requirements, coordinating training development, maintaining learning platforms, and supporting competency-based employee development across Finance. The role combines stakeholder management, learning operations, analytics, content coordination, and hands-on work with digital learning tools.

This position reports to the Finance Competency and Employee Engagement Lead. If you enjoy working in an international environment, connecting business needs with practical learning solutions, and turning ideas into structured, high-quality deliverables, we would like to hear from you.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Work closely with Finance stakeholders to analyze and gather training requirements, define learning approaches, and coordinate development with relevant content owners.
  • Support the end-to-end process for collecting, prioritizing, approving, and developing new Finance training requirements.
  • Build smaller in-house learning assets, such as video guides and microlearning modules, in collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
  • Manage training enrollments, monitor participation and completion data, share relevant training KPIs with Finance stakeholders, and propose follow-up actions where needed.
  • Consolidate training feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate required actions with training content owners.
  • Deploy e-learnings to the Training Platform and act as the main Training Platform Administrator for the Finance function.
  • Manage the administration and logistics of e-learning classes, courses, and training plans for Finance.
  • Update existing e-learnings using developer software such as Articulate 360, coordinate regular content reviews with training owners, and support required updates.
  • Maintain Finance training platforms, dashboards, learning resources, and centralized knowledge management content.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the global Finance Competency Framework, including skills inventories, competency mapping, and links between learning solutions and employee development needs.

Your Background:

  • University bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset, with strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working in an international environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote global teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Hands-on creative and technical skills for developing high-quality assets in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with, or strong interest in learning, low-code data visualization, generative AI, and automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, Claude, and similar.
