Summary:

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong capability in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables within complex environments.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones effectively.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at DDC 1 - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
