Job Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and track all company bank account entries and transactions on a daily basis. 
• Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
• Support credit and debit processes as needed. 
• Prepare daily records of all banking activities and produce consolidated financial reports. 
• Track daily earnings and expenses, providing regular financial reports to management. 
• Assist the treasury team with special projects and tasks as requested. 
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of treasury-related tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

Skills:

• Good numeric and analytical skills. 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on special projects as needed. 

Work Experience:  

• 1-2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or treasury-related role is preferred. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and basic financial management software. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
