Job Title: Implementation Project Support

Status: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Implementation Manager


Summary:

The Implementation Project Support role at Martin, Inc. is responsible for assisting the Implementation Manager in the successful completion of implementation projects for new sites and special initiatives as per customer contracts. The Implementation Project Support works closely with the Implementation Manager to maintain strong customer relationships, ensure effective communication between Martin, Inc. and the customer, and deliver high-quality service while meeting project timelines and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to identify maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) parts required for implementation projects.
  • Perform item verification and data collection to build the final customer item database.
  • Clean, organize, and sort inventory in the customer's storeroom and related areas.
  • Assist the Implementation Manager in completing all necessary activities outlined in the MPS Implementation Checklist.
  • Communicate any potential project constraints to the Implementation Manager, impacting the timeline or budget.
  • Provide operational support to new sites after go-live, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Perform special tasks as required to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve daily issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain an organized and safe storeroom environment.
  • Assist in delivering specific training to new site associates, as directed by the Implementation Manager.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct the final physical inventory before the site go-live.
  • Embrace and foster Martin, Inc.'s corporate culture, supporting company programs, initiatives, practices, and core values.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a dirty and dusty environment, as required.

Requirements


Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing inventory management preferred.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite including Excel, Outlook and Word. 
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.

Schedule:

Full-time

Monday - Friday

8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Some weekends required
