Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager/GM, this position provides supervision for the day-to-day operations in the Quick Service Outlet. (Baskets).
Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
- Must be able to work on line in the kitchen and POS register as needed.
- Responsible for taking, placing, and delivering food and beverage orders placed by guests as needed.
- Assists quick service outlet staff with duties, including, but not limited to, cooking, prep work, dishwashing, stocking, and general upkeep/cleaning, while adhering to all departmental, health, and safety standards.
- Assists with the Food shipments and inventory of all food and supplies as needed daily and provide staff with guidance regarding prep and pars, while ensuring that all food items (hot/cold) are properly stored, labeled, and rotated.
- Ensures quality of ingredients, preparation, presentation, and correct temperature of the food served.
- Ensures all staff maintains a clean and orderly station.
- Must be able to always maintain a high standard of professionalism.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction/resolving any disputes or complaints. Interviewing candidates and hiring new employees.
- Develop and implement effective work schedule for optimum service. must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Train and develop staff to ensure they can perform their jobs to meet expectations.
- Provide general direction and basic work assignments to front line employees.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Assists with supervision of multiple employees and delegates workloads in a manner that is fair, consistent, and effective.
- Maintains proper staffing levels based on business needs. Assigns EO’s in a fair consistent manner.
- Finds or provides coverage in the Quick Service Outlet in the event of employee call outs.
- Communicate to Management any work-related issues that occur during an assigned shift, including employee relations or performance issues, facility, or safety issues.
- Knowledge of full Menu/Specials/Promotions and recipe cards.
- Maintains excellent guest service

- Reviews guest comment cards and delivers the results to Management.
- Communicates to management any work-related issues that occur during an assigned shift, including employee relations or performance issues, facility, or safety issues.
- Performs additional duties as requested by management
- Keeps strict confidentiality regarding the Company, employees, and Company operations including, but not limited to, wage and salary information, employee disciplinary actions taken, employee terminations or pending terminations.
Work Environment and ADA Requirements:
Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must be able to work in an environment with loud background noise. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, twist, crouch, squat, lift.
Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to operate within confined spaces and perform acts of repetitive motion.
Required Work Cards/Licenses/Certificates:
ServSafe Certification, Alcohol Awareness Card preferred.
