2\. Drive execution, adoption and value realization
- Lead cross-functional execution from opportunity identification through deployment, adoption and sustained benefit realization.
- Track milestones, risks, constraints and adoption; resolve issues or escalate them to regional and Productivity COE leadership.
- Apply global standards, methods and tools consistently while adapting execution to regional field needs.
3\. Govern productivity and GM outcomes
- Provide regional approval for opportunities before submission to the Action Tracker and ensure required business-case and validation standards are met.
- Validate headcount avoidance, gross margin and service profitability benefits with Finance, Analytics and business stakeholders.
- Maintain transparent portfolio status, forecast, risks and benefit-realization reporting.
4\. Lead regional alignment
- Partner with Field Service Operations, site leadership, Finance, Data & Analytics and functional teams to accelerate delivery.
- Represent AME in Productivity COE governance and business reviews, providing concise regional updates and escalation requests.
- Scale proven practices across sites and reinforce a disciplined, data-driven execution cadence.
