Description
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our team. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, correspondence, records, and other office-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to managers, staff, and departments.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings and events.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- Enter, update, and maintain data and records.
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documents as needed.
- Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
- Assist with travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate communication between departments, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
