Regional Quality Head – International West
Department: Global Quality
Reports To: Director, Business & Product Quality

About the Role
Church & Dwight is seeking an experienced and strategic quality leader to join our Global Quality team as the Regional Quality Head – International West. Reporting to the Director, Business & Product Quality, this role will lead the quality and compliance agenda across the International West region, including Canada, Mexico, and LATAM GMG operations.
As the senior quality leader for the region, you will establish and execute a unified quality and compliance strategy that drives consistency, scalability, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across multiple countries and manufacturing environments. You will serve as the primary quality advisor to senior business leadership while ensuring robust quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
This role also provides strategic oversight of quality operations at the Montreal Manufacturing Facility and leads a regional quality organization of approximately 20-30 employees.
What You'll Do
Regional Quality Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement a unified quality and compliance strategy across the International West region.
- Serve as the primary quality business partner to International West leadership, including the Sr. VP International West and VP Mexico & LATAM.
- Act as the regional escalation point for quality and compliance matters, ensuring timely resolution of issues and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Drive consistency across countries by standardizing quality systems, processes, and governance practices.
- Partner with Global Quality to align regional priorities with enterprise quality objectives.
Quality Systems & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and quality management systems.
- Influence and align cross-functional leaders on quality priorities, risk management strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and programs across manufacturing and commercial operations.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, compliance standards, and business performance indicators.
Manufacturing & Operational Excellence
- Provide strategic oversight for quality and compliance activities at the Montreal Manufacturing Facility.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, IT, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure quality requirements are embedded into business processes.
- Support compliant and on-time customer order fulfillment while maintaining strong quality standards.
- Drive process improvements and operational controls that enhance performance and reduce risk.
Supplier & Distributor Quality Management
- Lead the regional approach to co-manufacturer, distributor, and supplier quality management.
- Establish supplier quality requirements and oversee compliance monitoring programs.
- Manage remediation and improvement plans related to supplier performance issues.
- Ensure regional alignment in supplier oversight and issue resolution.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional quality organization of approximately 20-30 employees.
- Provide leadership to direct reports including the Manufacturing Head of Quality (Montreal Plant) and Head of Quality for Mexico & LATAM.
- Build organizational capability through succession planning, mentoring, coaching, and talent development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and quality excellence.

- 18+ years of progressive quality, compliance, or technical leadership experience.
- Minimum 10 years of people leadership experience.
- Experience working across multiple geographies, product categories, or quality disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic quality initiatives.
- Strong track record of leading large-scale quality and compliance programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French or Spanish.
- Experience within highly regulated industries such as consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, or food manufacturing.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or global transformation initiatives.
