Job Purpose
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share for assigned Infrastructure vendors and solutions.
Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with vendors, partners, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Expand and strengthen the channel ecosystem through partner recruitment, enablement, and engagement initiatives.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas within the infrastructure landscape.
Act as the key liaison between vendors, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to accelerate pipeline creation and business conversion.
Manage vendor-led program, investments, and business development initiatives to maximize return on investment and business impact.
Deliver data-driven insights, forecasting, and performance reviews to support strategic decision-making and continuous business improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute business plans with assigned vendors to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Drive channel development through partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programmes.
Collaborate with vendors, sales teams, and partners to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Lead go-to-market initiatives, sales enablement programmes, and demand generation activities to expand market reach.
Manage vendor investments, MDF programmes, incentives, and business development initiatives to maximize ROI.
Track pipeline, forecasting, business performance, and partner productivity to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Deliver regular business reviews, market insights, and performance reporting to business and vendor partners.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in IT distribution, vendor management, channel sales, business development, alliances, or program management.
Strong understanding of the infrastructure ecosystem, including servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and data center solutions.
Proven experience in channel development, partner management, and vendor engagement.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
Self-driven, result-oriented professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional teams.
