Tell me more about this role, what would I be doing?

Summary:

The Loss Draft Mail Associate is responsible for duties for the Loss Draft Department including some data entry, client e-mail and voicemail inbox maintenance. Mailing out checks daily for UPS/Priority.

Essential Duties and Functions: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Mail checks by UPS/Priority daily.

  • Create and pull UPS labels for mailing.

  • Update Module

  • Daily reporting – Check Mailing Log

  • Perform other clerical duties when supervisor requests.

  • Adhere to a set schedule.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Exceptional telephone demeanor

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Windows based environment – specifically Word, Excel, and Access

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Perform various data entry functions as needed.

  • Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors.

  • Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards.

Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:

  • Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day

  • Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day

  • Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.

  • Sedentary position. Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day.

  • Workers are not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

  • Lifting and/or carrying (<10 lbs.)

  • Manipulate small and/or large bulky objects

  • Standing, reaching, kneeling, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling may be required.

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including skills, experience, work location and more.  We offer competitive pay while still allowing for compensation growth within the position and company.
