The Technical Inside Sales Support  is the primary support resource by phone and email for our customers, distributors and outside sales team. The position is responsible for working collaboratively with the outside sales team as a technical and commercial advisor and as a product and sales process advocate. This position identifies and provides reliable solutions for commercial and technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction.

This position reports to the Sr Manager, LATAM TISS and is part of the  LATAM TISS Team  located in Sao Paulo and will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

• Prepare sales quotations and proposals for direct customers, distributors and direct sales teams.

• Coordinate with internal and external technical resources to support specific customer and distributor requests, applications and sales opportunities. Sizing of filtration systems.

• Contact customers to check information and generate leads for outside sales and contact customers to check missing or unclear technical parameters.

• Collect necessary technical information, prices and lead times.

• Process some administrative activities such as customer and product registrations.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Life Sciences, Engineering, Sciences or Business.

• Experience in commercial operations, inside sales / customer services.

• Some familiarity with pharmaceutical and biotechnology processes is desirable;

• Advanced English.

• Desired courses / knowledge: Oracle/SAP modules. Microsoft Office Package (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook.
