About the location:

There’s a certain magic in the air here that flows effortlessly through Old Town Square, onto Charles Bridge, over the Vltava and all the way up the tallest spires of Prague Castle – and that’s just what you can see from Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and hotel operations. You will actively monitor the property, respond to incidents, support emergency procedures, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. This role combines security expertise with exceptional guest service, making it ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, acts with integrity, and is committed to protecting people and property.

What You Will Do

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations and security incidents
• Monitor and maintain the operation of fire alarm, security, and CCTV systems
• Coordinate and communicate with emergency services and the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic when required
• Manage hotel access control systems and monitor authorized entry to restricted areas
• Conduct regular patrols and security-preventive activities throughout the property
• Support Bell and Door teams when operational assistance is needed
• Handle security-related guest and employee inquiries professionally and discreetly
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and required security documentation
• Manage Lost & Found procedures and ensure proper registration and storage of items
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and security standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain operational readiness

What You Bring

• High School diploma required; higher education is an advantage
• Previous experience in security services, law enforcement, military, emergency response, or a similar field is preferred
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergency situations
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical and mental resilience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Good command of English; Czech language skills are an advantage
• Valid Category B driving license

• Full-time position.
• Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
