Job Summary
• Support implementation of real estate plans aligned to client objectives. Assist in project initiation, scope definition, and adherence to timelines.
• Generating Leads through local BD and assisting in transaction execution for commercial real estate products.
• Support team in coordinating with field brokers, landlords, and business partners for transactions.
• Prepare drafts of reports, proposals, market comparable analysis, RFP responses, and letters of intent.
• Support lease negotiations, renewals, and monitoring of expirations under guidance of senior team members.
• Collect, review, and analyse financial data such as cash flow, NPV, and IRR to support client decision-making.
• Liaise with internal teams (Lease Administration, Project Management, Facilities, and Finance) for transaction coordination.
• Maintain real estate project tracking tools and prepare periodic reports/MIS for management.
• Track competition, supply pipeline, and provide market intelligence inputs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Provide support in resolving basic landlord–tenant issues.
