Position Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting campaigns to identify, attract, and engage top-tier hospitality talent using phone outreach, targeted email, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen, evaluate, and guide candidate pipeline through every stage of the interview and placement process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent network while providing long-term career advice to industry professionals.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive business communication, sales strategy execution, and direct talent acquisition.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in employee selection, interviewing, or team building.
- Strong business acumen accompanied by clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Package Details
- Total Target Compensation: Base plus uncapped commission ($60,000+ in Year 1, $80,000+ in Year 2, and $100,000+ in Year 3)
- Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision plans available, a 401(k) plan w/ company match and unlimited PTO
