You'll help optimize P&C processes, support P&C administration and contract creation, and strengthen our company culture through initiatives like team events and employer branding. In addition, you'll support taking care of our office environment, ensuring it remains a welcoming space for collaboration and wellbeing. As part of our broader Business Operations team, you'll also gain exposure to various cross-functional projects along the way, gaining valuable insights into a dynamic and innovative workplace.
How you contribute to our success:

- Driving P&C administration and contracts: You support contract creation, help optimize internal and company-wide processes using AI and automation, and help collect and maintain personnel data in our P&C system (Personio).
- Strengthening employee experience and culture: You contribute to internal communication formats and employer branding and help organize regular team and company initiatives that strengthen cohesion and team spirit.
- Managing our office: You support day-to-day office management and help shape an office environment where the team feels comfortable and our culture is visible – bringing your own ideas to make it a hub for collaboration.
