 What You’ll Do

• SAP TM Solution Design: Serve as a technical resource for SAP Transportation Management, helping design and implement solutions that support business and operational requirements.
• Application Development: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain software solutions that are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Systems Integration: Develop and support integrations between SAP and other enterprise applications to enable reliable data exchange and streamlined business processes.
• Technical Leadership: Lead or participate in technical design sessions, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations based on business requirements and technical considerations.
• Production Support: Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, architects, and external partners to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing applications and processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved efficiency.
• Documentation & Standards: Develop and maintain technical documentation, system designs, workflows, and support documentation while following established development and IT standards.
• Project Delivery: Contribute to technology initiatives from requirements and design through development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Innovation: Stay current with SAP capabilities, development practices, and emerging technologies that could improve enterprise applications and business processes.

What We’re Seeking

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, systems integration, or technical application support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
• Strong understanding of software development and enterprise application architecture principles.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and identifying root causes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and a continuous-improvement mindset.
