The Opportunity

As a Roll-Off Driver, you are the face of GFL. You’ll safely and efficiently provide waste removal services to our commercial and industrial customers. This is a high-impact role where you can take pride in keeping your community clean while being home every night.

What You’ll Do

• Operational Excellence: Safely operate roll-off trucks and hydraulic equipment to collect and transport waste to disposal facilities.

• Safety Stewardship: Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections—we live by a "Safety First" culture.

• Customer Impact: Represent the GFL brand with a professional demeanor, providing reliable service at every stop.

• Ownership: Maintain accurate digital records of your route and communicate vehicle needs directly to our maintenance team.

What You Bring

• Credentials: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record.

• Experience: 1+ years of commercial driving experience (or a certificate from an accredited CDL school).

• Reliability: A positive, solution-focused attitude and the physical ability to handle the demands of the route (lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally).

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
