• Audit calls and emails to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with HIPAA guidelines..

• Identify errors, discrepancies, and compliance issues in both verbal and written communication.

• Provide constructive feedback and corrective actions to staff.

• Develop QA checklists and scoring systems for calls and emails.

• Prepare detailed QA reports and share findings with management.

• Conduct training sessions to improve communication standards.

• Track KPIs related to call handling, email response accuracy, and turnaround times
