Receptionist (Full-Time, Weekend Coverage Required)

Schedule: Full-Time | Must be available for weekend coverage

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our facility. Position Summary

As a Receptionist, you will oversee front desk operations, manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Weekend availability is required to maintain consistent coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors professionally
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments
• Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and follow facility protocols
• Assist with scheduling and general office tasks
• Communicate effectively with staff and leadership

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Reliable with weekend availability

Preferred

• Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
