Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methods and tools, and facilitating communication across various teams to maintain project momentum. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations while optimizing the use of available assets and training resources. The Security Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in driving project progress and ensuring quality outcomes through effective leadership and collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or challenges.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to build capability within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Ability to design and implement scalable security solutions within enterprise environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex security issues related to identity management.
- Familiarity with integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ with various enterprise systems and applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
