Housekeeping Coordinator

About the role:

This position is dedicated to managing the calls into the housekeeping department and ensuring all guest requests are forwarded to the appropriate individual to follow through on request, facilitating the operational efficiency of the Housekeeping Department.

What you bring:

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications include:

• Prior housekeeping coordinator, receptionist, or high-volume call center experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills 
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
• Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours: 

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
