Deine Aufgaben

• First-Level Support & Requirements Management: Support different internal teams in the day-to-day use of various platforms and software solutions. You will collect requirements, document issues and bugs, and contribute ideas for improving existing systems and workflows.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform structured QA and functional testing for internally developed platforms, identify technical and visual issues, and document your findings clearly for our development teams.
• Simulations for International Clients: Work with internally developed software solutions to prepare and run simulations for international clients and projects.
• Concept Development: Contribute to the conceptual development of new digital products and platforms – from defining data models and data structures to user experience, user flows, and frontend design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Technology, Development, Analytics, and Business teams and help translate requirements between users and developers.

Dein Profil

• Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Information Systems, Digital Management, or a comparable field.
• Digital Native: You have experience working with a wide range of software, such as CRM systems, databases, internal tools, business applications, or digital platforms.
• User Experience Awareness: You have a strong understanding of how digital products work and how users interact with consumer platforms, games, apps, or business applications.
• Fast Learner: You quickly understand new applications, processes, and technical concepts and enjoy exploring unfamiliar software.
• Attention to Detail: You easily notice small inconsistencies on screen – from functional bugs to visual or UX-related issues.
• Structured Working Style: You document issues and requirements clearly, work carefully, and can communicate technical topics in an understandable way.
• (Nice-to-Have) Programming: C#.
• (Nice-to-Haves) Frontend & Interactive Technologies: ReactJS, React Native, Unity.
• (Nice-to-Haves) Infrastructure & Tools: Git, Bitbucket, AWS, Server Deployment.
