What you'll do
- Work on a challenging assignment / project in Business operations to stretch your learning and skillsets.
- Analyze data to identify trends, propose improvements, and help solve operational challenges.
- Create intuitive tools/reports for helping the business functions to better manage their daily operations.
- Support Aero New Units Execution teams in data driven planning, process improvements and project tracking.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Enrolled in a full time nationally accredited baccalaureate program in a technical field.
What will make you stand out/Desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and usage of AI tools ( Co-Pilot, Claude etc).
- Minimum 3.0/4.0 overall GPA (without rounding)
- Familiarity in data analysis related tools (Power BI, Tableau etc) and programming languages like VBA, Python etc.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in improving operational efficiency and contributing to innovative solutions using skills in AI, data analytics etc.
- Previous internship or project experience in operations or Engineering.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $21 and $34/hr The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
