Job Description:

• La risorsa sarà chiamata a gestire e sviluppare il territorio assegnato. Con il supporto del manager di riferimento e dell’azienda tutta, sarà chiamato a creare una fitta rete di rapporti capaci di rafforzare la presenza del brand sul territorio e presso le istituzioni di riferimento.

• L’attività dovrà essere implementata e monitorata passando attraverso l’utilizzo dei moderni mezzi digitali di organizzazione del lavoro (CRM, ecc).

• Inoltre, alla risorsa sarà richiesta un forte attenzione a mantenere un corretto equilibrio tra vendite ed incassi.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma superiore 

• Almeno tre anni di esperienza come Venditore nel mercato chirurgico implantare 

• Spiccata capacità di sviluppo del territorio affidato 

• Alta propensione alla negoziazione

• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office e propensione ad approcciarsi agli strumenti informatici 

• Ottima capacità nella gestione nel medio lungo periodo dei customer acquisti 

• Spiccata attitudine organizzativa e propensione al Team Working
