Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking incumbent and external qualified candidates to support North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyene Mountain Complex (NCMC) – Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract III (NISSC III).
Please note that this is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated decision expected late 2026.
Qualified candidates will help operate, maintain, and sustain critical national mission systems to deliver resilient strategic threat warning and space capabilities as part of a world-wide architecture, providing strategic warning that our nation depends on during a conflict. This program will provide an opportunity to exploit the capabilities inherent in our diverse national systems to better meet the needs of the national command authority and warfighters to detect, track, and respond to strategic threats through 2030 and beyond.
The IT Asset/Property Administrator oversees the full life-cycle of all IT and government‑managed assets (GFE and CAP). This role ensures accurate asset data, supports service delivery, manages risk, and meets contractual and regulatory requirements. Assets may be managed globally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage identification, control, and maintenance of assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and complete asset data and records.
- Support total asset visibility, logistics, maintenance, and warranty tracking.
- Implement and maintain tools that improve asset visibility and data quality.
- Ensure CMDB accuracy and compliance.
- Track and report SLA performance for asset management and CMDB quality.
- Document processes and controls for effective asset management.
- Support audits to validate data accuracy against physical inventories.
- Administer property control activities per corporate and government requirements.
- Prepare required reports (taxes, rentals, insurance, facility usage, etc.).
- Create and maintain asset dashboards, spreadsheets, and websites.
- Maintain property accountability and coordinate disposal of obsolete equipment.
- Oversee and document property transfers.
- Provide continual service improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate disposal or return of excess government property with corporate and program stakeholders.
- Train program staff on Government Property Control System procedures and FAR requirements.
- Draft procedure changes and support compliance assessments.
- Participate in program/customer meetings to present property management status.
- Serve as liaison to Corporate Property for enterprise PMSA activities.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Five or more years of IT asset management experience supporting IT service delivery.
- Experience with IT asset databases, CMDBs, and ITSM tools.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation (or ability to obtain).
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with DoD IT security requirements.
- Certified TBM Executive (or ability to obtain).
- Experience with Agile processes.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- CPPS certification (plus).
