What you'll do...
The Technology Support III serves as the primary onsite technology resource for Walmart's Washington, DC office, delivering exceptional end-user support while coordinating with partner technology teams to provide a seamless technology experience. This role also provides regional support for the Herndon office as business needs require.About the team:

This team focuses on enhancing associate productivity through effective problem solving, seamless operations and effective communication. Associates collaborate to reduce risks and drive continuous improvement, fostering a reliable support environment that upholds Walmart’s commitment to operational excellence and associate success.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary onsite technology support resource for Walmart's Washington, DC office, delivering exceptional end-user support through the Tech Spot.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, collaboration tools, mobile devices, printers, and other technology issues while managing incidents through ServiceNow.
- Monitor site technology health, proactively identify operational issues, and coordinate resolution efforts across multiple technology teams.
- Partner with Executive Support and Conference Room Operations teams to provide timely assistance, manage escalations, and ensure seamless meeting and executive support experiences.
- Support device lifecycle management, including hardware deployment, replacements, asset recovery, and inventory tracking.
- Provide onsite support coverage, as needed, for the Herndon, VA office, collaborating with regional support teams to meet business needs.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining documentation, supporting technology rollouts, identifying process improvements, and building strong partnerships with Facilities, Security, Engineering, and business stakeholders

- Experience providing hands-on technical support in a corporate environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and collaboration technologies.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with associates, executives, and cross-functional technology teams.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Experience coordinating issues through resolution while working across multiple support organizations.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
