What you'll do:
Prepare and execute lab activities related to the evaluation of appliances, in terms of functionality, safety and performance. Actively participate in the development of new projects. Work autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement. Solve a range of straightforward to complex problems. Interact with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge. May supervise lab technicians and specialists
In detail, you will:
Responsible in Noise testing Laboratory
Prepare and execute lab activities related to the evaluation of appliances, in terms of functionality, safety, and performance
Analysis results with specifications and records test data
Actively participate in the development of new projects
Work autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement
Solve a range of straightforward to complex problems
Interact with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge
Broaden competence in own area; still acquires higher level skills
Receive moderate guidance and direction in own area of knowledge
Prioritize and organize own work to deliver to agreed deadlines
Apply knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day to day activities
Identify and solve problems in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, analyze each using standard procedures
Contribute actively to team activities, sharing experience and ideas
Build productive relationships within and outside of own team
Technical Management according to ISO/IEC 17025.
Collaborative problem-solving with a strategic mindset and a strong sense of urgency
Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities
Coordinate with Global laboratory for equipment, test procedures, test manual, capability, and competence
Manage and control Noise Lab facilities and equipment
Noise Lab capabilities improvement planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor ’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
1- 3 years of experience in relevant R&D in Acoustics & Noise Measurement, preferably from the appliances industry
Experience using measurement equipment and performing calibration activities to ensure accurate and reliable test results
Good data analysis skills with the ability to interpret results and prepare clear, actionable reports.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles relevant to product testing and validation
Understanding of laboratory safety requirements and quality management systems to support compliance and operational excellence
Good English communications, both written and spoken
Knowledge:
Washing Machine, Washer Dryer, Tumble Dryer, Dish Washer Functionality
