Your mission

The Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant has been welcoming and hosting Berliners and their guests since 2009.

Our team creates a wide range of experiences tailored to the needs and wishes of each occasion, across a variety of hotel rooms, event spaces, and public areas. In our restaurant, café, and bar, we serve the finest regional products sourced from a sustainable network of trusted farmers, hunters, and suppliers, as well as from our own Michelberger Hof, a food forest in the Spreewald region of Brandenburg.

The Michelberger family also includes the ORA Restaurant, the MXPSM Distillery, the PEOPLE Festivals, and the beverage manufacturer Fountain of Youth.

We are looking for part-time support for our service team on the evening shift at the Michelberger Restaurant.

Your responsibilities:

• Greeting our guests
• Building relationships
• Product knowledge and sales awareness
• Beverage preparation and equipment knowledge
• Guest service / back-office tasks
• Providing service in accordance with all Michelberger standards
• Knowledge of the hotel and all its events, structures, and procedures
• Willingness to develop and advance within a professional and fantastic team

Your profile

• You have several years of experience working in a service-driven restaurant or bar
• You care for seasonal and outstanding products and show an interest in regenerative farming and close cooperation with local producers
• You are flexible and want to be able to contribute to different areas of our service operation
• You have an outgoing personality and love interacting with guests
• You bring a general understanding of wine and beverage and are eager to expand your knowledge
• You would like to excel in a young, international, and motivated team
