Overview
The Heavy Assembler works under limited supervision to build and inspect radiator/cooler and frame/fan assemblies. Key duties include reviewing job orders, laying out components, fitting structural parts, inspecting for defects, and maintaining a clean workspace. Must follow ISO and Quality standards, practice Six Sigma principles, and use proper safety equipment. Requires physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and work at heights up to 20 feet. Prior manufacturing experience and forklift certification preferred.
