Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
Perform 3-way matching (purchase order, goods receipt, invoice) before processing payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or disputes
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment-related queries
Assist in month-end closing activities including AP aging reports and accruals
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance AP efficiency
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
Proficiency in accounting software (preferred: SAP S4/HANA)
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
