Pay Rate: $26.25/ hour
SUMMARY
Responsible for setting up and transitioning events at Lumen Field Stadium. As a part time Conversion employee, you will work within a team setting to follow safety protocols and handle physical tasks. This role is event based; therefore, you will be scheduled to meet the demands of the Lumen Field event calendar.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review all event-based material in order to understand the expectations for the day
- Execute procedures and proper usage of conversion equipment including but not limited to erecting pipe and drape, topping and skirting tables, setting risers and stages etc
- Adhere to best safety practices regarding deployment and understanding how to operate equipment to minimize damage
- Operate a variety of motorized equipment including forklifts, high lifts as well as gas and electric carts
- Maintain currency in training and certification where needed
- Assist in enforcement of facility policies regarding use of equipment
- Maintain proper storage of equipment and tools
- Provide regular status reports to Conversion Lead
- Assume responsibility for all rental equipment while it is on site
- Maintain an organized and clean shop and remote workspaces
- Complete all company assigned trainings
- Always strive to maintain a safe workplace
- Complete projects as assigned
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to take direction
- Must be able to learn and adjust to new procedures and techniques
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Possession of or ability to obtain a current CPR and first aid certificate
- Must be trained and certified to operate a forklift and other equipment
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
