The salary range for this position will be $140,000- 150,000 annually with a 15% bonus eligibility.

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate pack component utilization and procedural workflows to eliminate unnecessary items and reduce variation.
• Partner with customers and clinical stakeholders to align pack configurations with current clinical practice.
• Lead pack review initiatives that improve customer outcomes while reducing complexity and cost.
• Serve as the clinical authority for component recommendations and pack design decisions.

2. Component Strategy & Portfolio Optimization
• Identify opportunities to increase utilization of proprietary and preferred products within custom packs.
• Partner with Sourcing, Product Management, and Portfolio Profitability teams to evaluate alternative products, conversions, and supplier rationalization opportunities.
• Support category management initiatives by identifying standardization opportunities across customer portfolios.
• Provide clinical guidance on component substitutions, conversions, and new product introductions.

3. Customer Consultation & Clinical Engagement
• Serve as a clinical consultant during customer pack reviews, implementations, renewals, and retention activities.
• Facilitate clinical value analysis discussions with surgeons, perioperative leaders, and supply chain teams.
• Support field sales teams by providing clinical expertise during strategic customer engagements.
• Conduct on-site customer assessments and procedural observations to identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Commercial & Financial Value Creation
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop customer-specific optimization recommendations.
• Quantify clinical, operational, and financial benefits associated with pack redesign opportunities.
• Support retention and growth initiatives by demonstrating value through consultative pack optimization.
• Contribute to margin improvement efforts through component standardization and proprietary product conversion strategies.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Manufacturing and Operations teams to improve pack configurations that support production efficiency and scalability.

• Minimum 5 years of operating room, procedural, or perioperative clinical experience.
• Experience with custom procedure trays, surgical products, OR supply chain, or healthcare distribution preferred.
• Strong understanding of surgical workflows, clinical product utilization, and value analysis processes.
