Siepe is seeking a highly experienced Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to assume responsibility for the support, administration, security, optimization, and continuous improvement of Siepe’s internal SaaS infrastructure and client-facing cloud environments. This individual will play a critical role supporting developers, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and external clients across more than 20 AWS tenants hosting Siepe platforms.
The environment consists primarily of Microsoft Windows infrastructure hosted on AWS EC2, including Active Directory domains, Microsoft SQL Server environments, application and web servers, development and QA environments, and secure networking connectivity using Meraki SD-WAN and domain trust relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AWS infrastructure operations, Windows Server administration, Active Directory, networking, automation, monitoring, and security best practices. This is a highly visible, hands-on support role requiring strong operational discipline, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced financial technology environment.
