Job Description

In Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Production Planner to plan, coordinate, and execute audiovisual production projects, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and business objectives. This role requires strong expertise in production workflows, vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination within dynamic agency environments

 

Responsibilities

• Review and scope brief requests to determine the resources required for audiovisual production.
• Identify and coordinate the appropriate internal and external talent based on the requirements of each creative concept.
• Prepare, control, and manage approved project budgets in accordance with the requirements defined for each production.
• Oversee and monitor post-production projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time.
• Manage and oversee vendor creation and setup in the Advertmind system.
• Plan and coordinate the full pre-production process to ensure all requirements derived from the creative concept are properly addressed.
• Develop and monitor project timelines in line with production needs and delivery schedules.
• Ensure approved projects are created and tracked in Advertmind.
• Follow up on vendor onboarding and payment processes for all vendors involved in each project.
• Support brief development in collaboration with account teams and creative agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all local and global company policies, processes, and procedures related to human resources, labor, finance, technology, administration, legal matters, and others established by the company.
• Ensure compliance with human resources administrative processes related to payroll updates, including medical leave documentation, vacation approvals, absenteeism information, workstation handovers, and clearance forms, among others, in accordance with company timelines.
• Lead, promote, and exemplify the values and attributes of Publicis Groupe culture, ensuring team harmony and synergy based on respect for and appreciation of differences.

Qualifications

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within production or advertising environments.
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production. 
• Experience in budget planning, cost control, and financial follow-up.
• Ability to manage vendors, production companies, and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with a high level of ownership. 
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and clients.
