Location: Baltimore, MD
Facility: St. Agnes Healthcare
Department: Pre-Surgery
Schedule: Days | Full-time
Salary range: $20.14-$27.25 per hour
What You Will Do
Patient Concierge: Greet visitors and admissions, ensuring a positive first impression and helpful guidance throughout their stay.
Communication Hub: Manage all incoming calls and digital correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate clinical personnel.
Clinical Support: Assist the nursing and physician teams by performing safety checks and communicating patient needs in real-time.
Environment Management: Keep the unit orderly and well-stocked to ensure a seamless workflow for the medical team.
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
