Human Touch Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Washington, DC.

What You’ll Do

• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients’ homes
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

What You’ll Need

• Active Washington, DC Physical Therapist license required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
