What You Will Do

Build customer-facing product experiences across the research platform

Own major features and products from concept through production deployment

Develop full-stack applications with a frontend-heavy product focus

Build AI-powered workflows for research, interviewing, and insights generation

Design and implement scalable APIs and backend systems

Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams

Develop chat-based and conversational AI experiences

Build recruitment, incentives, and participant management systems

Design intuitive user experiences that delight enterprise customers

Contribute to design systems and platform-wide product architecture

Build distributed systems supporting AI-powered research workflows

Drive technical decisions across product and platform initiatives

Work across TypeScript, React, backend services, and APIs

Improve scalability, reliability, and performance of core platform systems

Build greenfield products and features with high ownership

Collaborate directly with founders and senior leadership

Help shape long-term product and engineering strategy

Ideal Candidate Background

2–8 years of experience in product engineering or full-stack software engineering

Experience at early-stage startups (Seed through Series D)

Experience owning major products or features from 0 → 1

Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript

Strong product engineering mindset

Experience building customer-facing SaaS applications

Strong frontend engineering capabilities

Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs

Strong software engineering fundamentals

Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments
