Construction Laborer (Site Cleanup & General Labor

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support active construction projects by maintaining safe, clean, and organized job sites. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in keeping projects running efficiently, and understand the importance of job site safety.

Construction Laborers will assist with general site cleanup, debris removal, material handling, and other unskilled labor duties as directed by site supervisors.

Essential Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain construction work areas throughout the project.
• Remove construction debris and discarded materials from job sites.
• Transport trash and waste materials to designated dumpsters and disposal areas.
• Clean up behind subcontractors to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Sweep, shovel, and remove excess materials from work areas.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Previous construction labor or general construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to follow directions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to safely navigate active construction sites.
