Description
An Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for a PRN (as-needed) Home Care position in Cleveland, OH. Join a growing Home Care Company with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit pay.
This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling. Pay is $50-$60 per visit, with OT evaluations at $80.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled OT services to improve patients' ability to perform activities of daily living.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications as needed.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other team members.
- Supervise COTAs as appropriate.
- Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Requirements:
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Prior home care experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
