Job Overview: Assurasource is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) to provide high-quality counseling services and clinical supervision to licensed and associate counselors. The ideal candidate will deliver therapeutic care to clients and support the professional growth of supervisees in a collaborative, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs.
- Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to LPC-Associate and LPC candidates pursuing licensure.
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
